Rotaract is all about self-growth and self's dedication to community's growth. Perfection in effective Rotaraction results in community's evolution towards betterment, relaxation while achieving ambition and the Rotaractor's satisfaction. We, the Rotaractors of Rotaract Club of GCT Coimbatore, stay abided to our theme "Grow Cultivate Transmute".

Growth in all aspects, be it one person’s or a community's or this universe's is what we need the most to survive the world that changes from time to time. Through the endeavors of Rotaract GCT, we aim to attain the utmost Growth for all the lives in their lifestyle, fundamental needs, skills, and happiness. Also, our efforts to the growth of others always surprises with our own Growth.

Cultivate:
"Cultivate your present wisely and tirelessly, to combine your future with a pleasant future."
It is important to incubate goodness to cultivate greatness. We all know that small steps in the right direction are better than big steps in the wrong direction. We aim to take small steps each day through our activities to cultivate marvellous eminence.

Transmute:
"Thought, backed by strong desire has the tendency to transmute itself into its physical equivalent."
We dream to transmute the society into perfection. We dream to transmute the dullness into bliss. We dream to transmute ourselves into premium. We are sure that the growth we attain and the greatness we cultivate through effective Rotaraction will result in the ideal 'Transmute'.

The story of the built legacy:
​
🌟 Rotaract Club of GCT Coimbatore, parented by the Rotary Club of Coimbatore East was chartered on 5th of October, 2012 with Rtr. PP. Naveen as our Charter President.

🌟​ There begun our Rotaraction to human kind. We are engineers by profession and Rotaractors by action and that legacy continues till now, touching great heights.
​​
🌟 The club might had went to its dormant state, being inactive for about 3 years. But had shown its comeback which sounded like that of the roar of a wounded lion with all courage and desire to serve mankind under the presidentship of Rtr. PP. Sriram Anax, in the Rotary Year 2016 - 2017.

🌟 With this fierce initiation, we continued our journey of Rotaraction which had seen great heights as we moved along with years. Each year achievement and success was not less than the other one.

🌟 As years grew, our Rotaraction grew more which led us to the success of bagging 'Outstanding Well-balanced Club' and 'Outstanding Scrapbook' for the Rotary Year 2016-2017.
🌟 The roar was stronger enough that we made a remarkable change through the event, 'Wall-E' which still stands as the symbol of pride and success in the walls, along the road to GCT. The event 'Wall- E' which was a big initiative to paint the walls along the Thadagam Road innovatively was started and went on a swing to an extent and was completed in our following consecutive year of 2017-2018.
🌟 Under the presidentship of Rtr. PP. Poorna Pushkalarajan, along with Rtr. Hema as Secretary for the Rotary Year 2017-2018, executing projects for uplifting communities and supporting the needy people perfectly, we again bagged the rolling trophies for 'Outstanding Campus Based Club' and 'Outstanding Scrapbook', leaving all in bafflement.
🌟 Under the presidentship of Rtr. PP. Anuj Skand for the Rotary Year 2018-2019, along with Rtr. Sabarinathan as Secretary, our club saw unbound heights.
🌟 Our pride, our flagship project, the event we are well known for, 'Elixir - RaC GCT’s Medical Thiruvizha' – a 3 day medical camp, exclusively for the people of GCT, was initiated in his tenure which got recognised under Top 30 projects by our District 3201.
Not only this, we again bagged the rolling trophy for 'Outstanding Campus Based Club' and 'Outstanding Scrapbook'.
🌟 Under the presidentship of Rtr. PP. Deepan, Rtr. Pongangai Raman NKS as Secretary Admin and Rtr. Keerthana P as Secretary Correspondence for the Rotary Year 2019-2020, we are privileged to say that 'The GCT Times’ – the daily newsletters with news in English and Tamil, along with facts and ‘Dhinam Oru Kural’ – a Thirukkural every day, were initiated in this tenure.

🌟 Despite pandemic and hardships, we never failed to express our Rotaraction. For the Rotary Year 2021-2022, Rtr. Jaishree G V as the President, who takes the pride of being the first female president of our club and Rtr. Jini J Tracy as the Secretary made an impact and again raised the standards of RaC GCT.
🌟 Inheriting our legacy, we are proud to say that we bagged the rolling trophies for 'Outstanding Campus Based Club' and 'Outstanding Bulletin' along with the hyper active citation.
🌟 With all the pride and prestige, for the Rotary Year 2022-2023, Rtr. PP. Hemananth S as President and Rtr. Roshini M as Secretary, have took our club to next height with the flying colours of success.
🌟 We take pride to say that we initiated our tenure's new flagship initiative project 'Zeal #RunToCure' mega marathon to create awareness on cancer. We also made the great success of maximum blood donation ever in history of Elixir, of around 209 units.

🌟 With immense pride and dedication, under the leadership of Rtr. IPP. Harshini Priyanna as President (2023-2024) and Rtr. Joeshitha T A as Secretary, our club has scaled new heights, winning accolades such as Best President, Best Secretary, Best Club Bulletin/Newsletter award, Outstanding District Priority Projects Performance. Their visionary guidance and relentless effort have propelled us to organise impactful sustainable projects like HAND-I-HOOD and ILLUMINA, leaving a lasting legacy of service and innovation.
🌟 GANDIVA, District Sportsmeet (2023-2024) orchestrated under the expert leadership of Event Chair Rtr. PP. Hemananth, received widespread recognition, earning us the award for Recognition for District Event Hosting and the 3201 Creator's Recognition. This event stands as a testament to our team's exceptional organizational capabilities.
